For the School of Technical Training, our programs were developed to make you the best and brightest hospitality employees in the world. It is our goal to ensure that you become technically proficient in the various disciplines within a resort. A combination of classroom and on-the-job training programs utilizes innovative techniques to make learning fun. Our skillful professors will tailor their material to meet the needs of each classroom. Role playing and general discussions will help prepare you for successful examination results.
We offer five areas of concentration. In food and beverage, you will have the option to study culinary, restaurants and catering with an ample supply of courses in all three areas. If your studies are geared within rooms, you can learn all about the front office operations as well as housekeeping. We also offer classes in sales and marketing and maintenance along with lessons for our minor operating departments including recreation and retail as well as a workshop for accounting.
