The Wequassett Academy offers courses that provide the team with the knowledge and skills they need to offer our guests the world-class service they have come to expect. The School of Customer Intimacy was formed to educate the team on the resort’s operating philosophy as well as provide them with examples on how to succeed as a leader in this discipline.
The School of Technical Training offers detailed training for each position at the resort, while the School of Information and Technology focuses on general property knowledge along with technology courses on Wequassett and Microsoft operating systems. Finally, The School of Management offers introductory and advanced management courses for all levels of management. The goal of the Academy is to offer the team an interesting and diverse set of courses designed to give each member of the team the confidence to excel not only in their role at the resort, but in their career beyond.
