President's Letter 

It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to the Wequassett Academy. It is our intention to dedicate our efforts to educate you to be the very best in the hospitality industry. This commitment will help ensure that we prepare each and every one of you to excel in your job, which will translate into providing customer service at the highest possible level.
 
The academy will also provide a platform that allows us to continuously improve through the standards of excellence established by and for the schools. It will help us attract the finest people in our recruiting efforts and improve the retention of our staff.  

A key factor in the development of the academy is the outstanding opportunity to provide a program for the growth and development of our employees. An extensive offering of classes is available within four schools providing a well-rounded educational experience. This is further enhanced by an atmosphere that is both professional and rewarding for all of our students.

Our faculty is there to guide you through the process and customize a plan for each participant in order to meet your individual goals.
